01About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and, unless a signed agreement says otherwise, any services provided by StackStead Solutions.
02Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote describing the deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope, including major changes, is quoted separately before it begins.
03Payments
Projects are paid 50% before work starts and 50% on delivery, by bank transfer, Payoneer or through Fiverr. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
04Revisions
Each proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional rounds or changes of direction may be billed at our standard rate.
05Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback and access in good time, and confirm you have the rights to any material you give us.
06Ownership
On full payment, you own the final deliverables. Third-party software, fonts, plugins and stock assets remain subject to their own licenses. We may show the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
07Support after launch
Every project includes one month of bug fixes and minor changes after launch, at no extra cost. Ongoing updates and support are available through care plans, which have a 3-month minimum term.
08Liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
09Termination
Either party may end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed to date; we hand over all completed work.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan unless your signed agreement specifies another jurisdiction.
