An international institution needed Moodle to do far more than host courses.
INISEG, the Instituto Internacional de Estudios en Seguridad Global, is a large international education institution in Spain. It needed a Moodle campus that matched its brand, live classes tied to attendance, one library for all its learning content, and the internal tools that keep teaching running. It wanted one team to build and look after all of it.
A branded Moodle that fits how INISEG teaches and runs courses.
We set up and customized Moodle 5.2 for INISEG: branded themes, course interfaces, user roles and permissions, multilingual support and custom plugins for XP and automation. The campus connects to INISEG’s learning content and virtual classrooms, and we keep maintaining and extending it as requirements change.
INISEG Connect: virtual classrooms with attendance built in.
We customized BigBlueButton and Greenlight into INISEG Connect, with scheduled classes, invitations, reminders, recordings and Google Calendar sync. Attendance records how long each student took part, reconnections and attendance status, with CSV exports and session reports. Attendance also feeds reward points in Moodle.
One library for SCORM packages, videos and PDFs, connected to Moodle.
We built Content Hub features in Laravel so teaching teams can manage SCORM packages, videos and PDFs in one place. The catalog filters by course, subject area, content type and language, with metadata, bulk selection and access permissions. A Moodle connector lets teachers pick content inside their course workflow, and SCORM and video progress count toward completion.
EduHub and a document management system for everyday operations.
EduHub gives students, teachers and administrative staff one place to find applications, resource links, manuals and video tutorials, with search and access rules for each audience. The document management system organizes files into categories and subcategories, with version history, sharing controls, user permissions and approval workflows.
One connected ecosystem, one team throughout.
Course delivery, learning content, live classes and staff tools now work as one connected ecosystem, and it keeps growing project by project with the same team. In its Fiverr review, INISEG praised the patience, the useful suggestions and how quickly changes were applied, and said it will keep working with us on future projects.
